1. Commissioning me / providing details
» Please let me know every single detail which might be relevant, I will not edit things for free, which I wasn't able to know better. The more references the better!2. Payment
» I will send a paypal invoice, you will be added to my queue after full payment.
» Payment plans are only available to people I trust.3. Sketch
» I will wait on your approval before moving on.4. Flat Colors
» I will wait on your approval before moving on.5. Done
» I can send high res file via telegram, google drive or email.» Please point out sketching mistakes after you've seen the sketch and coloring mistakes after you've seen the flat colors.
»» Please understand, there will be an additional fee if mistakes are pointed out too late, since it'll get more complex to fix them.
» You do not have to answer WIPs right away, take your time if you need it and try to point out everything at once.
»» There will be a fee if you need too many fixes - especially when they're not all pointed out in 1-3 messages. I will let you know if edits are free are not, since this is a case-by-case scenario.

» Highly depends on the commission type you purchased. Mostly waiting time is about 1-2 months.
» Bullying or stressing will only lead to art blocks and the end result of the artwork could be worse because of this.
» If you want your commission to be done within a specific time, please let me know in advance.
● ● Artwork Usage ● ●

» I am allowed to upload what I drew for you on all of my social media in resized resolutions.
»» I will upload high res .png files to patreon. Please let me know if you don't want me to do this.» I am allowed to use commissioned artwork in commercial ways, with or without edits to the original art, such as in form of prints, charms, artbook material etc. I will not ask for permission.- YOU -
» There is a 50% privacy fee if you don't want your art to be uploaded anywhere. (Loss of advertisement)
»» I will not delete any art that is already uploaded on any of my online galleries. You need to tell me beforehand, if the commission should stay private.
»» If your commission is a surprise for someone, let me know, I can wait with uploading, without extra charge.» You or the original character owners that are shown in the image are the only other persons (besides me) that are allowed to reupload the image - IF proper credit to me is given.» You may not use your commission for commercial things. Do not sell merchandise off the artwork and do not use it for any other profit either or claim it as your own creation.
»» You may of course print the artwork for your own personal use. (Aka hanging it on your wall etc)» I not sell commercial rights to my artworks.
» I do not allow my artworks to be sold as NFT or any of that sort.
● ● Refunds ● ●
» If the artwork has already been started, I will partially refund you, depending on how far progressed I am with the art piece.
» No refunds after the artwork is done.» I do have the right to cancel a commission at any time because of whatever reasons.» Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be fully processed.» You may not commission me again if a refund was given. This may be a case-by-case scenario though.
● ● Other ● ●
» By commissioning me, you agree to be at least 18 years old.» If you commission art together with another person's character you must have permission to do so.
»» I do not assume responsibility.
»» I will not send refunds for a finished artwork, if one party member did not agree to the artwork.
»» I will not delete the artwork on any of my galleries, if one party member did not agree to the artwork.
